Each Soul Dog Family remedy is a unique synergistic blend of Bach Flowers and Alethea Essence blends, designed to target specific needs.

Our blends are preserved using a very small amount of alcohol (less than one drop per dose) and spring water to give a longer shelf life. Adding the dose to warm water further dilutes and evaporates the alcohol.

We recommend working on the most prominent problem you are facing with your dog first.

Often you can want them all! You might be drawn to a particular blend for you or your dog based on the name of the blend. By reading the product description, this should help you determine if that blend is the one best suited.

You can take more than one blend at a time (I recommend no more than two) firstly I suggest choosing the blend that you need the most right now.

Flower essences work because you are adding a new frequency to your body which creates a gentle and subtle shift in the body’s energy field, this can then cascade into quite large and significant changes. It sometimes only takes a gentle nudge to start the process of the change that you’re looking for.

Dogs in particular can be very sensitive to energy, hence they can respond to remedies quicker than humans.

To avoid contaminating the dropper, hold the dropper above your mouth and drop in 7 drops under the tongue or straight in the mouth. You can also put the 7 drops in a glass of water or water bottle to sip across the day.

For your doggo, I recommend the following options.

You can lift up their lips on the side of the mouth and drop the essences onto their gums if they will allow this. Please do not put the glass dropper into their mouth.

Depending on your dog, you can also drop the essences directly on the top of their head.  Part their hair and drop directly onto the skin. Alternatively, you can rub the drops onto their bare stomach or inside their ear flap, where absorption is easy.

My girl can be a little resistant, so I will drop the dose into a small dish with a small amount of warm water, and hold it out for her to drink, she thinks it’s a treat, and I can be sure she is taking it. Rewarding with a small treat afterward can work very well.

A 25ml bottle will last approx. 3-4 weeks for human dosing and 6-8 weeks for dog only doses, at recommended dosing.  We generally recommend dosing twice a day, however, in some situations, you may require more for a time.  Once opened, we recommend using the product within 12 months.

If you are requiring the blend for several family members and fur family, you may need two bottles, depending on your needs. Please reach out if you are unsure.

Please keep your blends below 25 degrees and out of direct sunlight.  If you live in a hot climate, blends can be kept in the fridge. Blends must be kept free of any saliva or bacteria that may grow in the bottle.  Please also store your blend away from electrical appliances.

It can take up to 2-3 weeks to start to see changes. To see the best results, we recommend being really consistent with the blends and not skipping any doses. Dosing on rising and before bed is best. We recommend you give the flower essence blends the recommended dose until the bottle is complete, approx 3-4 weeks. Keep in mind that it may take longer. Consistency and patience are key.

Sometimes it’s hard to notice change especially if it’s happening slowly and so I recommend keeping a diary and keeping track of how you feel each day. You may even want to rate how you coped or felt out of 10 each day. This is a good way to look back and track to see how your blend has changed things for you and or your doggo.

Very occasionally blends may seem to have the opposite effect. Rest assured that this is temporary and will only last a short time. It may not seem like it but this is completely normal and can in fact be a very good thing! This means that the blends are working and shifting the stored emotional energy to make room for new, positive balanced energy. To see the best long-term results, we recommend continuing with the blends at the normal dose and persist through these temporary changes.  Please reach out if you feel concerned.

Yes! But I do recommend leaving a small space between taking them.

We recommend you give the flower essence blends the recommended dose for a minimum of 2-3 weeks. Please keep in mind that it may take longer. If you are seeing improved behaviour and positive responses, continue the blend at a minimum of 2 doses per day for at least a month for the best long term results.
