For those blessed with the time to prepare.

For families to gently support themselves and their beloved dog, in allowing the process of death.

To support our senior dogs, and those with illnesses who’s time is nearing to cross the Rainbow Bridge, ready to run free once more, without the restrictions of their pain and ailing bodies.  The Transition Blend is to help them know how much they are loved and that it is ok to let go when they are ready.  Sometimes this happens naturally but many times we may have to make the most difficult of decision’s to put them to sleep.

The Transition blend can be used for both your dog, and their human family to support this difficult time in their lives navigating all the emotions of anticipatory grief.  For the family this blend can be continued to be taken for a few weeks after your pet has passed, to support you as needed.  May you feel hugged, and understood, and may you walk with grace through this journey.

This formula also supports the grief process. However, please also consider the specific Grief formula as an addition if feeling overwhelmed by this emotion and or for other pet siblings in the family who are continuing to struggle after losing their friend.
